EXTERIOR POOL DECK COATINGS

This unique system is polymer modified to act as surface repair or an aesthetic finish that can be applied to new or existing concrete surfaces. The coating is actually stronger than concrete and can withstand vehicular traffic and harsh temperatures (extreme hot or cold).  Our coatings come in virtually unlimited designs, patterns, textures and color options and are non-slip, even when wet!

Easy To Maintain

With proper early maintenance, your epoxy flooring will provide many years of easy, worry-free use.  Epoxy Floors are easy to clean and maintain! Without the anti-skid top coat, all you need is a mop!  With our anti-skid topcoat, simply wet the floor, sprinkle the cleaner down and scrub the floor with a deck brush!  Then, simply hose the floor down or squeegee it down the drain and your done!  You also have the option to steam clean, power wash or use a power scrubber on Epoxy Flooring.

We also offer exclusive floor cleaning solutions that aid in suspending dirt and grime, and make it even easier to clean!  For flooring without an anti-skid topcoat, you simply splash the floor care solution on the floors surface, let it sit for just a few minutes, then rinse it down the drain. Plus, our floor care products are actually good for your drains, as they help prevent grease build up over time.  In addition, our recommended floor care products can also be used with automatic scrubbers or extractor floor cleaning machines for an even deeper clean.

Versatile Installation

Epoxy is a uniform, resin-rich, troweled-on system that forms a physical bond between the material and the surface it is being applied to and vulcanizes them together. The result is an unbroken, continuous surface that is non-porous, waterproof, self-containing.

It bonds with most existing surfaces, and will install directly over an existing properly prepared surface with ease. Because it forms a bond with the surface you install it over, it is the adhesive and the flooring all-in-one. Our product does not require any primer before use to improve adhesion. With light colors we recommend a white primer for aesthetic reasons. Over plywood we recommend a penetrating primer, this is to protect the wood from rot, but is not necessary for adhesion. No need to tear up your old floor. Many of our epoxy systems can be installed directly over troweled directly over Concrete, Ceramic Tile Floors, Quarry Tile Floors, Mosaic Tile Floors, Hardwood Floors, Plywood Floors, Sheet Vinyl Floors, Steel Decks, Stone Floors, VCT Floors, Cement Board Walls, Concrete Walls, Drywall Walls, Metal Cooler and Freezer Panels and even Plywood Walls.

Environmentally Friendly

The Epoxy flooring we install most is made from natural stones and organic resins. Unlike most other epoxy floors which are daily depleting the ozone layer with their harsh solvents, our Epoxy Flooring Systems contain no solvents. No solvents means no evaporation and contamination, which makes the Epoxy Floors we install, one of the “greenest” floors in the industry.

Since our flooring is seamless and non-porous, we are naturally cleaner, requiring less water and cleansers and less pesticides to route out pests and insects. There are no pores for dirt and grime to penetrate. Less water is consumed when cleaning.  Finally, as an alternative to our marble stones, we offer an Eco Floor line made from vibrant-colored glass chips from recycled glass. By using the glass chips, we are helping to reduce the number of bottles in our landfills while adding another eight vivid colors to our, already, vast selection of 42 decorative colors.

Odorless

We have specific lines available that are odorless, even during installation! Your new flooring can be durable, sanitary, waterproof, beautiful AND odorless! Many epoxy floors contain solvents that emit harmful fumes while they are evaporating. These floors cannot be installed in a facility while it is occupied, because it would be unhealthy and unpleasant.

Our certified epoxy floors contain no solvents, and have no objectionable odor. It can be installed in your facility while your customers and staff are present. It does not emit harmful vapors and has almost no smell. We only use the highest quality, natural resins for your superior flooring.  This also provides long term protection from a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, yeast, actinomycetes, and mildew. Not only will your floors have superior sanitary protection, but they’ll also inhibit the growth of odor causing germs and bacteria.

Safe & Sanitary

Our Epoxy Floors are made with an EPA-registered antimicrobial additive to restrict the growth of microorganisms. Added directly to the epoxy, your floors will have the long-term protection from a broad range of fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes, yeast, and mildew, plus the odors that come with.  Our flooring systems meet and exceed hospital hygiene requirements AND have leading-edge chemical resistance against strong detergents, chemicals and disinfectants, making them an optimal choice for medical environments.

Patented Slip Resistant flooring solutions keep your “foot traffic” safe with coarse, pebbled and ribbed but, still, non-abrasive marble chip surfaces. No additional grit is needed, as your floor will have non-slip properties from the natural texture of the stone.  Because the surface is non-porous, dirt and grime are easily removed, saving you and your facility time, money and resources from day one.

Waterproof

Epoxy Floors provide a seamless, waterproof, self-containing surface, ensuring that the water goes into the drains as it should, rather than damaging the walls and subfloor. Because it’s trowelable, you can create a cove base of any height. And if you have a room where wet walls are a problem, you can simply trowel it as high up the walls as you’d like, to provide sanitary, waterproof, self-containing protection!

This flooring type is also a poured resin and stone mixture. It uses a resin rich formula that bonds with the substrate to provide a durable, thick surface that won’t wear away like other epoxy flooring. There are no seams to contend with, so there’s no place for dirt and bacteria to hide. It provides one continuous, self-containing coating of hygienic protection that can be troweled up the wall as high as you need. It leaves water nowhere to go except down the drain!
